    Every Build With You engagement is structured around the same three outcomes. The base engagement is 4 weeks at $4,989 with bi-weekly syncs. If your project is larger (more workflows, more departments, more dependencies) we add 4-week blocks until it's done. You'll know exactly what it'll cost before we start.

    I'm the one building it. I architect the workflows and do the parts that decide whether this works, while the person you named works alongside me. Bi-weekly 1-hour syncs plus async throughout. I catch structural problems before they become rebuilds and pressure-test everything against real work.

    Mid-build is where most projects silently break. This is where you don't.

    How scope changes the engagement

    A small focused project (1 to 2 workflows for a team under 5) usually fits in one 4-week block at $4,989. Larger scope adds blocks: more workflows, multiple departments, dependencies between systems, or a wider team typically run 8 weeks at $9,978. We size it on the qualification call so you know exactly what you're committing to before we start.
